Christmas Promo rules

1. Any client of RoboForex Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company", residing in one of the Spanish-speaking Latin American countries served by the Company, may become a participant of this promotion during its period of validity 13.11.2024 - 31.01.2025 (server time GMT +2).
2. The client should give his consent and confirm his wish to participate in the Christmas Promo in their Members Area. Without confirmation, they will not be considered for the distribution of the prizes.
   By accepting participation in the Promo, the client also automatically agrees to receive WhatsApp notifications at the number specified in their Members Area.
3. Upon fulfilling the required conditions, the participant will see one of the 3 classes of roulette wheels (Golden Star Wheel, Royal Sleigh Wheel, Winter Crown Wheel) in his Member's Area, which he should spin only once, and win one of the roulette wheel prizes.
4. Conditions to obtain a roulette wheel:
    

   The initial deposit to get a roulette wheel for the first time is from 100 USD or its equivalent in another currency, mandatory as 1 transaction. Depending on the amount of the deposit, the class of roulette you receive will be determined (each class of roulette has a different set of gifts).

   • Golden Star Wheel → Deposit of 100 - 999 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
   • Royal Sleigh Wheel→ Deposit of 1,000 - 4,999 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
   • Winter Crown Wheel → Deposit of 5,000 USD or more (or equivalent in other currencies)

   Note: Deposit transactions made for an amount less than 100 USD will not be considered for a roulette wheel. Deposit amount is not summed (for example, if you want to receive a Royal Sleigh Wheel, the amount of the deposit transaction must be 1,000 USD or more).

5. To obtain the next roulette, after having obtained the first one, the participant must complete a trading volume of 1 standard lot in Forex and/or Metals and the new required deposit according to the type of roulette he/she wishes to obtain.
   1. Trading volume will be calculated for closed trades. Only trades made in Forex and Metals on any MT4 and MT5 real accounts will be taken into consideration, as long as those trades were traded during the promotion period after having accepted the rules.
   2. The roulette will reappear each time you meet the conditions: trade an odd number of standard lots (1, 3, 5, etc.) and make a minimum deposit of $100.
       

      Note: The review of the fulfillment of the conditions will start from the moment the client confirms his participation in the Christmas Promo.

      Example:

      During the promotion period, a client has performed the following actions:

      • 02.11.2024 - accepted his participation in the Christmas Promo
      • 02.11.2024 - deposited 100 USD
        He has fulfilled the conditions of his first roulette wheel (according to the deposited amount is the Golden Star Wheel). The participant spins it and can get one of the prizes it contains.
      • 04.11.2024 - completed 1 standard lot traded on Forex / metals
        He has fulfilled the traded volume condition, but he will be able to spin the roulette wheel only when complete the required deposit according to the type of roulette wheel he wants.
      • 07.11.2024 - deposited 1500 USD
        By this time he had traded 3 standard lots, and only now deposited. As the conditions are met, a Royal Sleigh Wheel wheel will appear according to the amount deposited.
6. To have the right to claim the prize obtained in the roulette, the participant must be verified (ID and address) in his/her Member's Area. Has 5 calendar days to do so.
7. After having spun the roulette wheel, we will verify if the participant has completed the verification requirement, and if so, within 5 working days will be contacted (via mail and/or phone) to inform about the terms and conditions of the prize won, if applicable, and to award it to the client.
    

   Note: In case the client does not respond (via mail and/or phone) to the required information for prize crediting, the prize will not be awarded.

   1. The prizes differ according to the roulette wheel type. Overall they include:
      • Coupons for the Grand Prize Draw
      • Bonus funds
      • CopyFX bonus
      • VIP status upgrade
      • Additional % on received IR
      • Additional % on received Rebates
      • Free withdrawals
      • and much more
   2. In case of having won a coupon for the Grand Prize Draw, the participant will be sent a confirmation email with the assigned coupon within 5 business days.
8. The date of the Grand Prize Draw will be the 1st webinar after concluding the Christmas Promo (04.02.2025) and the winners will be chosen randomly. All coupons generated during the promotion period stipulated in point 1 will participate (each coupon received multiplies the value of its first coupon, i.e. the probability of winning is higher).
9. Grand Prizes will be distributed the following way:

   10.	Secta Deportiva mention in theirs publications La Secta Deportiva es un canal de YouTube que transmite contenido deportivo en vivo, análisis y noticias del mundo del deporte. Con una comunidad creciente, se ha establecido como una fuente confiable para los aficionados al deporte en América Latina. Su enfoque directo y dinámico atrae tanto a seguidores de deportes convencionales como a aquellos interesados en eventos deportivos emergentes.
   11. - 15.	Merchandising box

   Note: After winning the Grand Prize, the winner will be notified via email and/or phone of the terms and conditions of the Grand Prize, if applicable. If we do not receive a response from the client within 7 days, the prize may not be awarded.

10. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties. The prize can not be modified or exchanged for any product and/or service of the same value.
11. By accepting the terms to participate in the Christmas Promo, participants acknowledge and agree that if they win the Grand Prize Draw, the Company may ask to share their experiences, as well as photos and/or videos, for the Company to use in promotional activities related to the raffle through the media and formats that it determines.
12. The Company may refuse any Client to participate in Christmas Promo at any time without giving any reason.
