The relocation of the RoboForex-Pro server to a London DataCenter

26.01.2011 / 01:02
Dear Clients and Partners!

RoboForex made a decision to relocate the RoboForex-Pro server to a London data center,
which proved to operate steadily, continuously and failure-free over the last year. The relocation of
the server to the data center should increase the connection speed for our European and Asian clients
twice.

The reason of such decision is a connection failure at the data center of our current Internet service
provider for 20 minutes from 1:50 to 2:10 p.m. on the 25th January, 2011 (GMT+1). It happened for the
second time over the last 6 month, which in unacceptable for RoboForex and our Clients.

The relocation will take place at the weekend, during non-trade hours, you will be informed on the
particular time by email in advance. The server will be unavailable for 4 hours.

We’re very sorry for inconveniences.

Sincerely,
Technical Support Service
RoboForex
